BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing to stay at our luxury retreat. Upon booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount owing will be payable. This amount is non-refundable for change of mind. The second payment of 50% of total is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Further to this, a refundable security deposit of $400 will be collected. This security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure as long as there are no damages or breakages and all terms and conditions have been adhered to.
Should you decide that you wish to cancel your booking at any time after deposit is received, you do so with the understanding that the deposit will NOT BE REFUNDABLE unless we are able to re-book the dates to another guest.
Should no other booking be received for the dates you have cancelled, unfortunately, your deposit will not be refundable.
